Mainstream Music

My first post is going to be about music. I HATE most of the music they play on the radios. One Direction? UGH. I don't have anything against the group, but their music is so... ewww. If whoever wrote their music is reading this, PLEASE make it less cheesy, annoying, and stupid. No offence. If One Direction is reading this, I have nothing against you, just get a new songwriter. If you guys are the songwriters, then I feel a little awkward. Also, most rap songs are just annoying! Stop repeating the same sentence over and over. (I'm talking to you, Nicki Minaj) And to all of the rap singers out there, why do you feel the need to cuss so much? Maybe you're mad, I understand. But don't bring it out on everyone else. Some kids listen to rap music, too. And Autotune? Can't stand it. They hire some "singers" for their look, not their voice. That's what autotune is for, or, at least, that's my opinion. There are plenty of talented people out there who want to be heard, too. Looks aren't everything.

Hey, I'm Sammi. I honestly think that pop culture and things that are called "popular" now are pretty dumb. I know I'm not the only person who thinks that. I want someone to listen. Understand my reasoning. I'm not old, but I'm not an 8 year old. I'm just a teenager, who wants to be heard. This blog is for teenagers. Ones who think society just plain sucks. Ones who think things that are "popular" are no good. I'm going to speak out my opinion on the world, like how stupid it is how some people are famous and other extremely talented people aren't.
